Hand in Hand

Saturday 13 July 2013

The Troxy, Limehouse

Europe’s longest-running LGBT choir celebrated its 30th birthday, joined by 17 LGBT choirs from across the UK in an unmissable evening of choral celebration.

On Saturday 13th July, the Pink Singers were joined by 17 LGBT choirs and singing groups from all over the UK for a singing celebration in the amazing East End venue, The Troxy.

As well as a stupendous day of workshops led by choral experts, we presented a spectacular concert involving hundreds of performers and the world première of our new commission from composer Richard Thomas (Jerry Springer the Opera, Kombat Opera) .

We enjoyed energetic and versatile performances from our brilliant guest choirs including London Gay Men’s Chorus, Diversity, Manchester Lesbian & Gay Chorus, Belfast’s Quire, Leeds’ Deep C Divas, Brighton Gay Men’s Chorus and more.

Photos and clips of the day will appear here soon.
